feat: add 4EVERLAND pinning #287

registration with github failed: maintenance in progress.

We need to be able to authenticate with a bot account so our team has access and can manage credentials. The way we currently do this is via our ipfs-gui-bot github account, or team email, and it's not currently working with 4everland.

If you resolve this so we can set up tokens, then we can proceed with merging this in after success

We have completed the maintenance and can now register using github, let's continue with the merge request.
