Bootstrap project for the extension #27

Look into https://www.rubberduck.io/blog/browser-extensions-react/ for inspiration, https://github.com/timarney/react-app-rewired looks interesting.

Additionally, finish scripts & build setup of the styleguide so that it can be used by the extension app.
