Trigger create identity modal on authentication prompt #188

Description

Authentication prompt has a CTA to create a new identity. Currently, the CTA is only redirecting to the wallet homepage. We are missing here a way to automatically trigger the modal.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Modal is automatically triggered right after a new tab is open.
