As a user I want to be able to see all my devices, social proofs and apps
Description
Currently, we are only able to see a few devices, social proofs and apps on an identity profile page. There should a "page" to see all devices, social proofs and apps and have a better way to manage them. By manage, we mean the ability to revoke devices & apps and the ability to remove & and social proofs, directly from these lists.

Acceptance Criteria
[ ] Ability to see all my apps, with the ability to revoke an app.
[ ] Ability to see all my devices, with the ability to revoke a device.
[ ] Ability to see all my social proofs, with the ability to remove or add a proof.
[ ] Each of these pages should have an empty state.
