This will probably be done with Keybase/kbfs or Tahoe-LAFS

Hi folks: Do I understand right if I say TotallyNotArbore and Peergos are the official implementations for the described application title. Are the ticket created in this repository kind of idea phrasing for public from the IPFS org?
