São Paulo, Brazil IPFS #261

So i'm in São Paulo, far away from any established IPFS meetups. Wondering if there is anyone near me in the same situation? :)

Not sure if i'm the right person to "organize" a "proper" meetup (my portuguese skills are, well, very basic), but maybe we can kick something off?
