1. What is your project? (max 100 words)

HouseSec is a decentralized application to store documents related to the house such as bills and validate them in the background. It uses algorithms to verify the documents and gives transparency in the chain. Application has the capability of storing any type of documents and makes the work easy when someone is not physically present at the house.

2. How will IPFS, Filecoin, or related technology be used for this project? (max 100 words)

This web application uses the help of JS-IPFS modules to create a seamless web experience. It also uses Web3 to decentralize the whole chain and verify it accordingly. Smart contracts are written in solidity to help storing the details of the documents and the users.

3. How will you improve your project with this grant? What steps will you take to meet this objective? (max 200 words)

The project is yet to be deployed for the users. I have planned to deliver it as a full developed product in the near future. With this grant, the application's integrity can be further developed using third party API's to give much more reliability to the users. The entire application is in the progress of integrating with cloud services to make available to every users in the upcoming months. We have an developer community in our college. Since my contribution is alone and to meet the requirements, developers from our club will assist this application. A small portion of the grant may be used in setting up an integrated lab

Yes I can provide with monthly updates regarding the progress of the work and deliver a final report at the end.
