[MICROGRANT] FlexiPay: Flexible payment solution #236

1. What is your project? (max 100 words)

FlexiPay is a platform which enables DAO/web3 communities to conduct events which have a stream gated access. It means attendee who has his token stream up and running will only be able to attend the event. On the other hand, it also brings flexibility at the attendee’s end i.e. they would be paying only for the amount of time they are attending the event. Also, mostly DAO events take place at discord voice channels, correspondingly our solution has a discord bot (named Vlad) which helps DAOs monitor event’s voice channel by kicking out attendees who don’t have their token stream up and running.

3. How is IPFS, Filecoin, or related technology used in this project? (max 100 words)

We will be using IPFS, Filecoin and other derived products such as tableland, NFT.storage to store the event related, attendee info in a decentralized manner so that the information is consistent on both web app and discord bot’s end. Further we are planning to implement a POAP disbursal feature in which on successful attendance of the event user would be able to claim the POAP NFT for that event as a proof of attendance. Of which all the metadata of those NFT will be saved to NFT storage.

4. How will you improve your project with this grant? What steps will you take to meet this objective? (max 200 words)

Currently, we have built the POC for FlexiPay system and with the grant amount we are planning to achieve the below objectives:
