zkTrace is a protocol that combines the power of blockchain for trustlessness, merkle tree & zero knowledge for privacy, to provide safe and confidential business processes, correctly order events and increase work flow at no cost (gasless).
Details of supply chain management and agreement of transaction is found in the Trace Agreement which uses IPLD (inter planetary link data) for content addressing of the Trace agreement the list of verifier addresses (data persistence) and web3storage to pin data to IPFS.
2. How will IPFS, Filecoin, or related technology be used for this project? (max 100 words)
In zkTrace, IPFS was used as our main storage system for all the data within the protocol. IPLD is used as the content addressing system to create data blocks that are saved as streams (which is a ".car" file) and sent to IPFS. And for data persistence, web3storage is used as our pinning service.
3. How will you improve your project with this grant? What steps will you take to meet this objective? (max 200 words)
We would like to improve on various areas like the User Interface and User Experience of the protocol.
We also want to build out a decentralized E2E messaging system that allows buyers and sellers communicate and reach "handshake" (agreement).
Auditing our Trace Agreement factory to mitigate any form of vulnerability.
Building out the full protocol for market integration.
4. Is this project open source?
Yes
5. Do you agree to share grant reports upon request, including a final grant report at the end of the three month period?
Yes, we do.
6. Does your proposal comply with our Community Code of Conduct?

How did you learn about our microgrant program? We learnt about this microgrant through Filecoin/IPFS email to us.
If your project was created as part of an event or hackathon: zkTrace was created as part of the Chainlink Fall 2022 Hackathon.
