2. How will IPFS, Filecoin, or related technology be used for this project? (max 100 words)

Stogram utilizes web 3.0 storage provided by IPFS to securely store all user-generated content, including photos, videos, gifs, and files that will be posted by the users. Currently, IPFS is employed as the storage solution for these data assets. However, in the future, Stogram plans to introduce a feature that enables users to mint their posts as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) over the Filecoin network, and all these NFTs, representing unique ownership of specific posts, will also be stored on IPFS. By utilizing NFT storage, Stogram ensures the permanence and immutability of these minted posts, further leveraging the benefits of IPFS for decentralized and trustless storage of valuable content.

3. How will you improve your project with this grant? What steps will you take to meet this objective? (max 200 words)

With the assistance of this grant, we have exciting plans to introduce a significant update to our platform. Here are some of the key highlights:

  1. Enhancing User Experience: We will focus on enhancing the overall user experience and making our application more user-friendly and interactive. To achieve this, we will collaborate with professional developers and UI/UX designers who will contribute their expertise to optimize the platform's usability.

  2. Messaging and Calling Feature: We recognize the importance of seamless communication, so we will be introducing a new messaging and calling feature within our application. This will enable users to connect and communicate with each other more effectively. To accomplish this, we will need to hire a skilled back-end developer to ensure a robust and reliable communication infrastructure.

  3. NFT Integration: We will introduce a new feature that will allow users to upload files and mint them as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on the Filecoin network. These NFTs will be stored and retrieved using the NFT.storage solution provided by IPFS. This integration will provide a secure and decentralized method for preserving and monetizing user-generated content.

  4. Donation Feature: In order to support the artists and their artwork uploaded on our platform, we will introduce a new donation feature. Users will have the option to donate any amount they desire to posts they love, directly benefiting the artists and fostering a supportive community. This feature aims to encourage and incentivize creativity while promoting the artists' work.

This grant will enable us to enhance user experience, improve communication capabilities, leverage NFT technology, and foster a supportive environment for artists. We are excited to bring these updates to our platform and provide an even more engaging and impactful experience for our users.
