Fix (shipyard): requested breakpoint and social icons #229

Breakpoints in the navigation header have been returned to the requested values from before abstraction. While I was working in the navigation I also updated the site-logo id and updated the social_icons field in content/pages/general.json to comply with the new method of rendering social icons after the shipyard abstraction. All logos are now displaying correctly.
