fetch-from-airtable.js has been refactored with a higher level of organization and future-proofing in mind. Other notable changes:

static/images/projects directory is now git-ignored since its content is dynamically generated
content/projects directory is now git-ignored since its content is dynamically generated
Airtable API key and table IDs are now stored in env variables
