CGO overhead of reading file use far too big CPU on windows #110

This was while doing a parallel merkledag traversal while doing GC.

Go just use cgo to call into dlls when using syscall on windows. Sadly I don't think there is much we can do except say windows sucks pls use linux :rofl:.
