deps: fix for endless session routing

This bumps the deps that include the fix for https://github.com/ipfs/helia/issues/501 which I have continued to observe under certain circumstances in the SW Gateway.

Notes & open questions

• https://github.com/ipfs/helia/pull/538 is still open, though I'm not sure if that's an improvement or also a fix? @SgtPooki?

Gwc is currently failing and is fixed by https://github.com/ipfs/helia-verified-fetch/issues/85 which updates deps too
