Mid-Quarter OKR Scoring for Q3 2018

To everyone with KR assigned: please take 5mins this week and do Q3 mid-point review.

Background on what we do at mid-quarter was well put in ipfs/pm#668 :-)

TL;DR

• Open:
  • Q3 OKRs (web browsers): 2018 Q3 IPFS OKRs Spreadsheet
  • Q3 OKRs (GUI): 2018 Q3 IPFS OKRs Spreadsheet
• Do a score of your KRs on its current state (0 to 1 with regards to completion) - Mid-Q Actual Column
• Do a score of your KRs on what you believe the degree of completion by the end of the Quarter (0 to 1) - Mid-Q Projection Column
