A few forgotten things... #371

I forgot these on my laptop -- sorry!

Adds .ipfs.dweb.link and .ipns.dweb.link vhosts, in preparation for ipfs/go-ipfs#4143 (the origins stuff)
Update go-ipfs (but not to latest master, see ipfs/go-ipfs#4657)
Update Prometheus (but not to 2.0 since that's a bit too complicated for now)
Block something
