Missing redirect from https://archives.ipfs.io to https://awesome.ipfs.io/datasets/ #494

https://archives.ipfs.io/ was deprecated by https://awesome.ipfs.io/datasets/ in https://github.com/ipfs/docs/pull/238 but a lot of websites outside of our control still link to the old page, which now returns 404 error:

We should add redirect from https://archives.ipfs.io to https://awesome.ipfs.io/datasets/

cc @jessicaschilling @olizilla (is this repo the right one for reporting this types of issues?)

This actually goes all the way back to issue https://github.com/ipfs/archives/issues/179 - but it looks like the issue with the redirect was never resolved.
