I found that quic-v1 was not supported during the node addition process, causing the addition to fail, e.g.
/ip4/724.010.6.141/udp/40071/quic-v1/p2p/AAD3KooWGz2ydrBzuQwGTmJCUiAXfUUJw4BBwucTR1JNgKvQQQQQQ, this link needs to be changed from quic-v1 to quic to be able to add it normally, I hope it can be fixed!
