Draft "How We Design" for IPFS

As we continue to crank out additional apps, websites, widgets, and such, it'll be a challenge to maintain consistency, design quality, accessibility, and overall "kickassery" in all things IPFS.

A documented process can help, so let's draft one.

Communication between everyone along the design - dev spectrum is key to executing our process, and it's also key to developing it. So your input is super important!

Create a basic design/production flow document:

• [ ] Document our current habits (what's useful? what are the pain points?)
• [ ] Draft an MVP-level process
• [ ] Test drive it for production of a feature or enhancement
• [ ] Iterate based on test results
• [ ] Deploy to full team
• [ ] Set up a quarterly(?) retro schedule for ongoing reflection and improvement
