docs: add note about separate port use #10562

Small note to ensure that a separate port is used for the AutoTLS listener.

https://github.com/ipfs/kubo/pull/10541 worked fine, and also triggered build of https://github.com/ipfs/kubo/commit/8c41c4d16210b225644fad446e19be73007dfb66 in master, so merging this one and resuming https://github.com/ipfs/kubo/issues/10547#issuecomment-2447218545
