IPFS Dynamic Data and Capabilities Working Group #412

Hi there!

I'm here announcing the new IPFS Dynamic Data and Capabilities Working Group. This new group has the goal of researching and developing the building blocks that enable collaborative applications, providing solutions for security, identity, access control, concurrency, synchronization, offline and near-real-time collaboration on top of IPFS.

CRDTs obviously play a big role in these endeavours, and it already contains a few CRDT-related issues that track the work that has been developed and prompt for discussions and plan research efforts.

Another somewhat related theme is the research and development of a cryptographic ACL for applications being able to control / audit / enforce the read and write access to the app data by other peers.

If these subjects are your cup of tea, you can check out the broad goals for this quarter and tell us where you might fit in:

Please feel free to join the conversation and contribute in defining and creating the building blocks for having dynamic data on decentralised apps built on top of IPFS.

that's a bit painfully early in California, but I'd love to follow along in the future. Are the biweekly sync ups recorded somewhere?
