Missing end of section 3.7.1 in paper #37

Hi,

The end of section 3.7.1 in ipfs-p2p-file-system.pdf is missing. It ends mid-sentence, "it cannot be published in the same way" (as what?)

I think it's missing a dot. Probably means that it cannot be published using the same IPNS identifier (key), as that key belongs to the original user.
