Copy edits for consistency #25

As discussed out-of-band, copy edits throughout for consistency of language and capitalization.

Also rewrote introductory section as explicit HTML (escaping out double quotes as needed) so markdown formatting cues didn't get interpreted as random bits of YAML.

@lidel Moved back into markdown, including a few dozen extraneous empty lines ;) https://github.com/ipfs/pinning-services-api-spec/pull/25/commits/fa06c9ef4a64e8ab0ec0ff7af66fac07d79aa852 is the commit addressing the interim changes to master. Do you mind having a quick look and merge if you're OK?
