Since https://github.com/ipfs/service-worker-gateway/issues/245 is no longer a regression/blocker, I think we can merge this.

@SgtPooki thoughts? https://github.com/ipfs/service-worker-gateway/issues/235 and https://github.com/ipfs/service-worker-gateway/issues/195 are good UX improvements, perhaps once we land https://github.com/ipfs/service-worker-gateway/pull/258 we can ship v1.2?
