This PR does not change specs, just cleans up the metadata (adds affinity and improves descriptions).

cc @autonome @darobin @2color @ElPaisano @BigLep @hacdias for additional eyeballs Goal is to make it easier to reason about HTTP-related items listed on https://specs.ipfs.tech landing page.
