Delete index/hugomods/docker directory #17

I'm using other approach for those badges, I want to delete my packages (may save resources for your workflow), not sure if it is this the right way to do, since I could not find relevant files. If not, would you mind do me a favor to delete the hugomods/docker packages?

Yeah sure! I'll just add hugomods/docker to optout.txt and anything in the db and index/ will be deleted soon.
