Upgrades to RPC service generation to meet new IPFS routing API spec https://github.com/ipfs/specs/pull/272:

[x] add error envelope to responses
[x] add Request/Response suffix on method cases in call and return envelopes
[x] change user facing method semantics to Method(arg) (<-chan{ result | error }, error), both client and server
[x] auto-generate Identify method
[x] update example code
