REF: refactored logo to be a link and removed home links from nav #31

Changes

logo is now wrapped in a link which navigates to "/"
removed the Home link from the navigation
moved the h1 tag from the logo to the main title for the SEO purposes

How to test

Scroll down on the page and click on the logo, it should navigate to the top. Check the responsiveness.
