I assume this is so that an indexer can query another indexer for the publisher of an advertisement, to get a list of locations that an advertisement is available from (original publisher, advertisement caches, etc.). Should the metadata include any hints about data sources so that a decision can be made about the best place to fetch the advertisement from?
What protocol information should metadata include, since we do not have a register indexer-ingest protocol ID code?
the CIDs that are fetched during legs transfers and represent the advertisement chain should also be recorded in the network indexer, with either a graphsync or http provider of the publisher.
