This PR is made to assign correctly the CL now that the history_elastic_law is erased, both in one-phase and two-phase flow problemtype.

Notice that this PR is made to substitue PR #13 made last week as there where some errors in project parameters (newmark_theta_u and newmark_theta_u in one-phase flow problemtype).
