customize login page #615

for some kind of organisations (fully LDAP driven and so on), it is not required to provide registering forms or google apps authentification. make register/forgot pwd/log with gApps forms optional to give the app customization facilities

in my repository, find options to hide these three forms independently in the login page

I have the same need and the solution I've used is a project using maven war-overlay mecanism. You can find it in my repo. Il allows you to customize any page, menu, etc. (careful, it's for a pretty old version but requires very minor changes to work with 3.1.3)
