JavaScript collision when integrating a Liferay site within Liferay #8

The test cas is integrating http://www.ippon.fr/ (Liferay 6.0) with WIPortlet on Liferay 6.1. The portlet displays some content but when you click on almost any buttons from the host portal nothing happens. Ths must be caused by some JavaScript collision...
