Consistency $G^E$ module done. Includes:

Consistency tests from Michelsen and Mollerup
Routine to calculate numeric derivatives of GeModel (as the ArModel consistency module)

The ge_consistency tests were successfully applied to UNIFAC.

Also the coverage of ar_consistency and ge_consistency are now 100%

Some documentation has been improved (I missed the UNIFAC theta_j doc)
