RotBot need a placeholder #40

We need a new tag ex CUSTOM_NOTE and a new placeholder %CUSTOM_NOTES%. RotBot use this Syntax in his json:

http://rotbot.eu/sniper/ac-444208772571856899-fleet.json {"allyCode":"133669412","userIcon":"133669412|"},

The userIcon tag is busy with allycode. Thanx

The placeholder must be set in the standard. message as empty value

RotBot's team did not request such a feature...

It is not only for rotbot. Any time we need a custom message at the end of the line. We can set at beging a custom msg with usericon but we want this at the end
