Change height of slide out window?

Is there a way to adjust the height on the slide out? Would be awesome if we can just have a simple setting or a config route to do that. I like being able to just mouse over the taskbar icon and quickly flip a switch or check on the doorbell camera. I just find the height in a massive 4k monitor to be too short. Thanks!
