Files are not passed correctly to components. #18

The components of the MEI Transcriber don't receive correctly files. Some components are looking for specific files or others are looking to wrong directories.

Another issue is that file names are passed inconsistently between components. This breaks functionality of the whole app.

This issue no longer applies to the new requirements of the system.
