Video Flickering when resizing the Video Widget

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Play any Video File.
2.Resize the Video Widget

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Video should play with out any issues. Seeing a flickering screen while resizing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.28, Ubuntu11.04

I have tested with Mp4 files with 4 mb size. And the same behaviour I found 
with other video files.
