cuelpayer-0.28 broken convertation from .ape

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Fetch some native EAC (cp1251 .cue index) AudioCD image, sound converted to 
Mobkey Audio format (.ape).
2. Open .cue with cueplayer.
3. Select covert feature, select a test track.

Result:
flac output: really no progress bar echoed (only start and finish), result 
.flac is broken (not played by flac123).
Question about filling tags in result .flac is open.

ogg: process stops on 98%. No result file (empty one). For lossy format output 
quality (or bitrate) is to me set.
Question about filling tags in result .ogg also is open.

mp3 is not needed, so not checked.

Additionally: it will be good to make compile-time setting of supported sound 
formats (wav/flac/ape/ogg/mp3).
