On a general note, I would suggest opening all the markdown links in a new tab. This would ensure that the user does not have to open this Github page again. It would facilitate easy access of multiple pages at single time in different tabs. Inputs: @ipsha21 @AnamikaD Thanks!

@share-with-me I feel that first priority is to make it up in mozilla pulse. We can polish on this issue later. So we need to have a decent contributing.md file.
