[BUG] ArubaCX: missing route redistribution into VRF OSPF process #1122

It looks like the BGP- and connected routes are not redistributed into VRF OSPF process (inter-loopback ping and connected-to-loopback ping fail)

OSPF common services VRF tests also fail, probably due to the same root cause (leaked routes are not redistributed into OSPF):
