This PR adds generic support for vrnetlab containers and implements common framework for ArubaCX, CSR, NXOS, vMX and vSRX. It also cleans up the vMX and NXOS device readiness checks and updates the documentation.

@ssasso: Could you please check whether the changes work with vMX? I was able to build a CSR, NXOS and AOSCX containers, so I know those work.
