Arista EOS does not work as EVPN route reflector #491

Using an Arista spine switch in vxlan-bridging-leaf-spine.yml test scenario does not result in a working network -- the spines are not reflecting EVPN prefixes between leaf switches.

Stupid EOS next-hop-self implementation -- in the end I had to go with a route-map on IPv4 and IPv6 AF to set the next hop.
