More properties in metadata items: creator, relevance, broader

AP stores more properties in metadata items:

• For geography only: Parentids, parentnames Locationtype
• For organisations only: organisationtype
• Creator
• Relevance
• Rels (array of existing rel property)

@pmougin notes that G2 already has the idea of "broader" in metadata items, so maybe we could re-use that.

Which of these could/should we adopt? @hledwards proposes relevance and creator.

We also discussed whether "confidence" should be added. AP doesn't do it now, but @hledwards says it could be useful, as long as the difference between confidence and relevance is very well described.

Discussed this and decided that whilst not implemented as described above that location type is specifically useful and used by multiple agencies and additionally organisation type may also be useful
