Remove OPTA properties #151

Many OPTA vocabs have made their way into samples and we should get rid of them. The look like "/op" or have "vend" in string.

Bear in mind that the property may be legit and just the vocab to remove.

A search through the SportsML samples reveals that the "/op" is not present and "vend:" precedes only IDs. Presumably it would resolve to example.com in the file's catalog? Let me know if that's OK @bquinn

I think technically you are not supposed to have any qcode prefixes that don't resolve to something defined in the catalog. But for our purposes I don't think it matters.

So I think we can call this done - nice work!
