8 years ago We already have discarded in the event-status vocab but it's not an event-status as described, it's a unilateral team stat since the winning team would want it to count toward standings. So maybe "@result-status" under player and team stats and the "@events-discarded" for outcome-totals?

In many sports, competitors can discard some unfavourable results toward their standings in a competition. SportsML should be able to identify discarded results in event reports as well as provided any needed marker in total outcomes for number of discarded events.
