Home-win/away-win and draw in wagering vocab #37

I would like to purpose the need for home-win, away-win and draw in wager-vocab. Today it only supports underdog and favorite. Current definition is found in sportsml-core around lines 1995.

Whether this team or player is the favorite or the underdog.
