Integrate alpine skiing plugin #42

I am currently working with the Alpine Plugin Elena started, and I am using the FIS-results files I am getting from FIS to see if there are attributes missing.

Here are the elements in the header.

2012 1258 RUS GS FIS 6 12 2011 As I am currently going over the event-metadata-alpine-skiing element, I am seeing many of these not being declared. So I think: Season, Category and discipline must in. Also the Codex, but I need to find a better word for the attribute. I see Elene has added this: Homologation number, example: 4368/46/95 Which could be a good alternative, but as the documentation shows - it is meant for something else. Codex is the "ID" the event has in the FIS database. And so it can be used to link calendar to the result file. I’m sorry, but I’m used to think in new ways to profit data, not in news exchanges. Perhaps that kind of information is absolutely not necessary and can be removed. We should discuss the need for Geo Location information in the Alpine skiing plugin -- Note 04.10.2016: I don't think there is a need for GeoLocation information.

Added second file. All files has to be added as txt-files as XML is not supported :/ AlpineSkiing-test-2.txt

Not ready and we should discuss if it is needed really.

The original developer had some great ideas, but development has stopped. Again, is it needed?

ok, no hurry. But if it's not ready we'll not try to solve it just now.
