RTS + TF1 with new tvg-id #13

The new https://xmltv.ch/xmltv/xmltv-complet.xml guide file has different channel ids and display-names. This one allows the RTS Un and Deux as well as TF1 to show EPG information in Kodi. If this is ok with you, I will be cleaning the files like this little by little.
