This is the error I'm seeing:

It seems like WebGrabPlus has found a fix for this but I don't know how to decrypt it: https://github.com/SilentButeo2/webgrabplus-siteinipack/blob/master/siteini.pack/Turkey/tvplus.com.tr.ini.
