Not possible to reduce countries after filtering

When using a filter, all countries are expanded and there is no way to reduce them. Of course, it would be possible to filter by country, but the expand/collapse icon remains, symbolising that it should be possible to collapse this country category.

To avoid confusion now when filtering channels expand/collapse icon will be hidden.
